Terms of Service

1. The service

AI FootPrint Remover is run by Shahriar Ahmed in Bangladesh. It offers free browser-based tools that show and remove metadata from image files. Files are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to us.

2. Daily credits and ads

Each visitor can clean a limited number of images per day. Signing in adds more, and you can choose to watch a rewarded ad for extra credits when one is available. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and expire at the end of the day. We may change the limits, rewards or ad availability at any time.

Do not try to get around the daily limits or ad systems, for example with scripts, fake clicks or tampering with the page. Doing so can lead to your access being blocked.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the tools only on files you own or have the right to edit. You must not use the site to:

• infringe copyright or remove copyright notices or creator credits to claim someone else's work;
• hide that content was made with AI where a platform, publisher, employer or law requires you to disclose it;
• deceive people, commit fraud or break any law;
• attack, overload, scrape or disrupt the site, or try to access other people's accounts.

4. What the tools can and cannot do

Our tools remove metadata stored next to the image. They do not remove visible watermarks or invisible watermarks stored in the pixels, they do not change what an AI detector sees, and they cannot control how any platform labels or treats your content. We do not promise any particular result on any platform.

Cleaning creates a new file and does not change your original. Keep your own backups.

5. Accounts

Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time.

6. Content and ownership

Your files stay yours; we never receive them. The site's design, text, code and the AI FootPrint Remover name and logo belong to us, and you may not copy them without permission. Links to other websites, including ads, are provided by others, and we are not responsible for their content.

7. No warranty

The site is provided free, "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, always available or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts the site or its users at risk.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Bangladesh, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. We will always try to resolve a problem with you directly first.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
